Santhosh (Santa) Mahiban has over 12 years of experience in ITSM. He specializes in worldwide service desk implementations and consulting where he strategizes and oversees the complete implementation cycles in various environments. He was one of the members who worked on the Enterprise Service Management module for the helpdesk setting new standards for the helpdesk management beyond IT. He also takes part in ManageEngine’s user conferences, and tradeshows, and conducts training workshops. Santhosh is currently a customer success manager, heading Europe and Middle East operations for ServiceDesk Plus. He is responsible for expanding the product utilization of the business while understanding and solving new problems and potential setbacks faced by the enterprise.
